I like to let everyone in on quick, simple recipes that are especially ideal for kitchen newbies. Well, here’s another one for you. (By the way, my son loves this recipe and I’m super glad because avocados are very healthy fruits with tons of good fat and vitamins.)
2-3 medium avocados
1/2 cup (approx.) finely diced red onion
1 small, ripe chopped tomato
1-2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice (I always use lemon because that is what’s always in my refrigerator)
1 tsp. salt
Optional Ingredients: cilantro/cilantro seasoning, garlic
- Add all of your ingredients to peeled, pitted and mashed avocados.
- Eat Up!
